Bainbridge Essentials Tour

  • Pickup/Dropoff: At one of three locations: The Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal, Winslow Green or Marshall Suites. You will be able to specify where you would like to be picked up during the booking process. Please arrive 10 min before your scheduled departure time. If you'd like to be picked up or dropped off somewhere other than the place you specified on your booking receipt, it must be prearranged and located on Bainbridge Island. The Best of Bainbridge Tour

Q: Does everyone in my party need to sign a waiver?

A: Yes. Please be sure to have every person in your party sign a waiver. On the bottom of your emailed receipt, click the "Add guest" button to send each of your guests the waiver via email. If someone in your party has not signed the waiver by your tour start time, it can cause a delay in your tour.

Q: Do I need a car?

A: No, you will not need a vehicle or any additional transportation. Our drivers will get you to your destination, and back to the ferry safe and sound.

Q: Can I pay with a credit card?

A: Yes, If you would like to do so it is advised that you order your tickets online. We always recommend bringing a printed receipt or digital tickets on your phone.

Q: Do tours operate on Sundays?

A: Yes, our tours operate 7 days a week. (With some seasonal exceptions)

Q: Do the tour buses offer hotel pick up?

A: We pick up at the Marshall Suites Hotel on Bainbridge Island (High School Rd.)

Q: What if I can't find the bus?

A: Please check your ticket date and time to make sure you have arrived on the correct day and in the correct meeting place.  The bus will try and show up 5 – 10 minutes before the tour begins, however please call 1 (833) 424-8687 if you have any questions or concerns.

Q: Can I book a private tour?

A: Yes, you can book a private tour if the dates are available. Please call us at 1 (833) 424-8687 to check availability.

Q: Can I show up without a ticket or when it's sold out?

A: Yes. for the Bainbridge Essentials sightseeing tour ONLY. If you show up without a ticket or when the tour is sold out, you will be on “stand by”. If the tour guide is able to get you a spot on the tour while also obeying the tour limitations, he/she will be happy to do so - however we are unable to guarantee you a spot in this situation.
